Have Pain In The Joints In Shoulders, Elbow, Knee. Skin Is Sensitive. Get Massages 2 Times A Month. Treatment?

I battle anxiety but lately I have been having a lot of pain in my joints all the way from my shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles and my skin tends to be very sensitive. This has all started very quickly. Don't seem to be getting any where with doc. she states it sounds like hormonal imbalance. I get massages 2 times a month and she said that it sounds like it could be tendentious. Makes me a nervous wreck. I am a hairdresser that has been very busy for 18 years. any thoughts? I am only 35 and I feel like I am 80.
