Have Pain Under Left Breast, Left Shoulder And Tingling Down Left Arm. Anything To Worry?

Hi I have been experiencing pain under my left breast, in my left shoulder and tingeling down my left arm, the right side of my neck feels like Ive pulled a muscle and my resting pulse rate which I just took after sitting down for the last 20 mins is 116, Im feeling quite nauseous. the pain in my check seems to be coming and going but makes me catch my breath when its present. I'm not sure whats wots going on and as its getting on at night I dont know whether its really serious enough to seek help or just try to get some sleep and see my gp tomorrow.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Pain on the left side below breast, referred to left shoulder, left arm.
This may be due to,
Heart pain,
infections in left lung.
Most important symptom in this episode is heart rate even after 20 minutes rest , that is 116 beat / minute means Tachycardia.
Other point to note is breath and nausea.
So we can not rule out the pain from gastritis.
Gastritis develops pain on left side ,
gastritis develops nausea , cessation of breath.
So consult a physician and get in E C G , E C H O and other relevant test as suggested by physician.
