Have Pain Under Ribcage, Swelling, Hard Nodule, Hurts To Touch. Metallic Taste In Mouth. Reason?

I have upper left pain under my ribcage it sometimes hurts worser than somedys but my left side upper is swelling now and u can feel something like a nodule in there and u cant touch it hard it hurts if u touch it hard.Also everyday i get a taste in my mouth on the back of my tougue & in the back of my throat it isnt melitaic taste or bitter it taste like a bad antiboic taste but it comes and goes i have already had two chest xray & A CT WITH CONt.I need aswers im tired of hurting please help me and it hurts to touch my left upper back side to.when they done my very first xray they said they thought they seen a true nodule but 2 time nothing

Hi Thanks for using HCM.

Since X ray mainly identify bone problem, you may not be suffering from bone problem, but may be soft tissue swelling and infection.Hope you dont have cough, fever, weight loss. If there is any injury in past days it may due to that, or may be sebacious cyst also that you are feeling. You can take Tab Aceclofenac with a muscle relaxant preferably for some relief now. The change in taste may be due to infection or some secretion. For complete diagnosis get done one HRCT. Hope this answered your answer. Take care
