Have Painful And Hard Lump On Hips. Could It Be Cancer? Cyst?

Hi I'm wondering if I need to be worried my significant other has a bruised looking raised lump about the size of a fifty cent piece width wise on both sides of his hips. It is hard and the one broke open with a small opening in the middle of it and it's very painful. Could it be cancer or a cyst or what may cause it!? Thank you

From the description given it appears to be cyst/infected cyst/parasitic cyst. Exact diagnosis can only be based on good clinical examination.

Suggest you to consult your physician, also you can get back to us with the clinical picture of the lesion do that you can have a expert opinion from the specialist doctor in Healthcare-Magic.
