as you know you have pericoronities,your
dentist must have given you antibiotics along with analgesics.
if you are not finding them suitable you can get them changed but please take the complete course of medication else it would not help you much.
this will certainly reduce your pain and infection.
simultaneous do warm saline rinses which will localize your infection.
there are
morphine based pain killers too.you can take them after consulting your dentist.
remember antibiotics and analgesics are temporary solutions in case of dental treatment.you must plan and get your tooth extracted only then it will be cured completely.
meanwhile maintain very good
oral hygiene.
you can also do one thing locally
that is you can irrigate your pericoronal flap with antiseptic solution.this will push the debris and food particles out and gives immediate relief.
