Have Pimple All Over The Face Along With A Lump In Mouth. No Medication Now. What To Do?

Hi i've had some oral problems over the last 2-3 weeks or so, i've had some pimples pop up around my lips and some have formed in my mouth. I have one over my front tooth where the little piece of skin connects to your upper lip. I also just noticed a hard lump in my mouth on the inside portion of my gums on the bottom portion of my teeth. Can you please clear my mind of what this could be?

Hi
Though your description doesnt give a clear picture of what we are dealing with, one thing for sure is these are not pimples.
We could be dealing with herpes labialis, apthous ulcers i guess.
And he gum swelling could be a mucous cyst.
But better guidance can be provided only after examining the area.
Plz consult a dermatologist to guide you.
We could too provide further help if we could have access to a photograph of the affected area.
Hope you find the answer satisfactory even though it doesnt solve your problem fully.
Regards
Dr amit
