Have Pimple Like Thing On Penis. Have No Sexual Contact. What Might It Be?

I have had this pimple like looking thing on the bottom of my penis area. It is brownish and it looks exactly like a pimple. The pimple thing is not attached/grown from the penis, it is attached to the SKIN and does not bulge out of the penis. I had this for over a YEAR i believe, it hasn't spread nor grown much in the pass 7 months. The pimple area do not grow pubic hair but it does touch them. I am a 15 year old boy and i never had sexual contact before so i don't think it can be stds or aids. Should i worry that it has been there for almost a year with out improvement? As i said im a 15 year old boy and i'm very embarrassed to even tell my own parents! so please don't say consult a doctor, i'm trying to build up confidence!

Pimple is not uncommon over there, as skin is moist in that area. Pimple like thing may be due to ingrown hairs. There is no need to worry if it is not growing or do not have pain. It usually resolve on its own. Maintain a good hygiene of the area.
You have to consult a dermatologist if there is any change to it like pain, increase in size or pus discharge.
