Have Pimples And Multiple Acne Vulgaris On Face, Chest And Back. Took Isotorin And Azee. Cure?

hello doctor, i have many pimples and multiple acne vulgaris on my face , chest and back! to get rid of these i thought i should visit a dermatologist. He prescribed me with (cyanomicin 50mg 1-0-1) and (Benzac Ac 0.20 1-0-1) And had told me to visit him once in every 3 weeks. however there was no noticeable difference on my face even after 3 weeks. After that he kept me on (Isotroin 20mg 1-0-1) and (Azee 500mg 3 days a week)! today i have completed 3 and a half months and still there is no difference observed on face despite of taking proper regular oral medication. Please HELP!

You have taken the best available treatment.

There should have been response in 3 months.

If there is no response you must change modality of treatment.

Other available options are,

1. Photodynamic therapy

2. Photomodulation
