Have Pinched Nerve In Groin, Painful. Home Remedies?
I suspect I have a pinched nerve in the right groin area. It does not radiate down my leg. Seems to be localized in the groin. I have been exercising (quite energetically, with inclines) nightly on the treadmill. Is this good or bad? I have gone two days without working out and the pain is much more severe now. Any suggestions for home remedies? Thanks.
First of all you should confirm whether it is enraged nerve or some sort of internal bruise or muscular twist. It should be the second as the problem was caused during exercise.
For both the problems you can apply olive oil / sesame seed oil externally and massage gently for 10 minutes and apply mild heat (dip cloth in hot water and apply gently with tolerable heat).
If not clears within three days, consult a GP
Get well soon.
