Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

Based on the change in your cycles, cycle related symptoms and negative tests, it sounds like you are not ovulating. The typical workup would involve testing your thyroid, prolactin levels, labs related to PCOS, an ultrasound of your uterus, and placing you on birth control pills to regulate your cycle (assuming you are not trying to get pregnant).

I hope that this helps and good luck!

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes of course, pregnancy will have to be ruled out by making a visit to your doctors, with the help of a serum pregnancy test. But pregnancy is not the only cause for a delayed period, which is why I would advise a blood investigation to check on hormone levels and an ultrasound examination of your abdomen and pelvis to rule out other causes.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
