Have Premature Ovarian Failure, Consuming Regestrone, Having Severe Hair Fall. Side Effect?

hello doctor, I am 24yrs old and Iam having Premature Ovarian Failure problem since 4 years. I have been consuming Regestrone 5mg twice a day since 8 months n from the past 1 month iam having a severe hair fall.. is it due to the tablet iam using or if not wat is the reason for my hair loss( i travel to my college in the college bus everyday n its a 2 hour journey both up and down) i can see strands n strands of hair just falling off like as though i have used some lotion to remove t hair.. im extremely worried and looking forward to ur answer.. please help me out..

hello madam!
women are different from men just because of estrogen. long hairs are because of estrogen. so your ovarian failure is a pretty good reason for your hair loss.
regestrone has anorexic effects decreses appetite, loweredappetite further nutritional chaos, further excacerbation of hair loss. hope you understood what i meant.
there are topical hair regrowing creams you can try but you need estrogen madam. consult your GP for upgradings of the doses or replacement of the medications.
