Have Problem In The Penis Along With Numbness And Pain In The Back. What Can It Be?

Hi, I'm losing blood flow to the penis I can see the veins at the end dying out. I can still get an erection. But the arteries that carry urine and sentence to my penis are not powerful at all it dribbles out unless I push a bit more but can only do that for a quick burst. I do get numbness and pain in my lower back. Sometimes cloudy urine. Can you help please?

Hi, Your penis is loosing blood flow, urine is dribbling, numbness and pain lower back, some times getting cloudy urine.
It appears to be the urethritis, stone in the urithra, or prostatis. I advise you to consult an urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to use cefixime 200 mg two times daily as a primary treatment with the advise of your doctor. Thank you.
