Have Problem With Sperm Count. Test Shows Clumping Present. Suggestions?

hi,iam 32 year old 5year finished for my marriage, no child? Am in Dubai and my wife in India I go there after 1 year for 1 month,but I planning to bring my wife here after 4 month, I give semen analysis test yesterday......and iam very upset because!!!!!
result is...
Total Sperm Count-86
Active Motile-40
Non Motile-40
Clumping-Present
please suggest me wht I do?

Hello,
Your Sperm analysis report as given by you is discussed now
1) Sperm Count is OK
2) Actively Mobile - 40% is OK. But the direction of motility is important - 50 % is better - the 40% can be easily increased to 50% and above by keeping testes cool (avoiding heat) and wearing loose pants and balanced diet.
3) Non Motile - OK - Need further study
4) Clumping - Present - mentioned only as present - but not mentioned the %. More % may reduce the motility.
Morphology, white cells, pus cells not mentioned.
With this report no problem of fertility.
But better to do a sperm culture and Computer-Aided Semen Analysis.
That may give you a better and accurate picture, so that we can improve the quality still further.
