Have Random Pain In Heart, Feels Like Heart Is Out Of Beat. Is This A Sign Of Illness?

I sometimes get random pain in the heart and if I stay still and hold my breathe it dosnt hurt but if I move about and breathe normally then it hurts, I'm 13, healthy, sporty, girl, i have had them since i was very little. they tend to last no longer then a minute, they don't happen when I do something in particular one happened when I was riding my horse, once when I was climbing a ladder and once when I was laying in bed, it also feels as if my hearts out of beat,
Thankyou x

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are 13 years of age, and getting the pain in the chest off and on. It appears to be due to the muscular pain, esinophelia, or gastric irritation. If you are a girl it may be due to the proliferative changes in the breast.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
