Have Red Bumps Spreading Throughout The Body. Taking Number Of Medication. What To Do?

Hi my name's Diana. For the past couple of weeks I've been getting red bumps that look like insect bites. They started on both side of my waist and continued to spread on my back, bottom, inner thighs, back of thighs and gradually on tgeb back of my shoulder now arms.

First I thought it was bed bugs, however I did seekmedical advice and was told I have scabies. I then used Lyclear and waited 5 days until the second treatment as the bumps didn't go away and it continued to spread.

I went to get a second opinion from another Dr and was told it could be Staph. I bought keflex antibiotics and used it for 2 days however I lost the rest of the medication and have to get another prescription to get some more.

I did a little research on Staph and I don't think I've got it because I've got no boils at all. I used an insecticide to bomb my room today just in case there is some kind of mite.

So far Lyclear for scabies didn't work but ill have yo see if continued antibiotics will work. I'm not that itchy, on a scale of 10 it would be 3.

Please help!

Hi Diana thanks for writing to Health care magic. It seems you are having some sort of papulosquamous disorder.A number of diseases come under this category.Relatively common among these are 1.Pitryasis rosecea;2.guttate psoriasis 3.pitryasis lichenoid chronica etc .Most of these disorders are self limiting and all that require is a good emollient and steroid like diprovate. But for correct diagnosis exact visual impressions are required and it will be better you consult a dermatologist .Thanks .With regards,Dr.Joshi.
