Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be a bacterial infection, may also contain the fungal infection. It should be treated completely. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have the culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the bumps.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, diclofenac sodium, and ketafonazole soap.
Wishing a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
