Have Red Patch With White Dots Near Clitoris, Lump Under It

Hi,
I have a patch of skin next to my clitoris that seems redder that normal and it has tiny white dots all over it. The area is itchy. Also, in the same area under the skin is a pea sized lump. It doesn't hurt. I don't know what either are or if they're related. I have never had an STD and my current partner says he's tested clean.

Hello
as you and your partner doesnot have S.T.D. and if you doesnot have another partner then there is very less chance for sexually transmitted disease
itching may be due to some local infection or may be any fungal infection.
so i will advise you to maintain the hygiene, if problem persist you should go for check up and consult to a Gynaecologist
ok
Take care
