Have Red Spots On Arm, Stomach, Back, Cough. Medical Cure For This

my 3 and a half yr old daughter has come out in some red spots. very red round the outside too. two on her arm. a few on belly and about 7-8 maybe more on her back. the ones on her back seem to form a horseshoe like shape. They came all of a sudden within an hr. just wondering what they could be. shes had a snotty nose and cough the past couple of days. not itchy or anything like that

Hello,

Your 3.5 years old daughter has a rash (red spots) on her body. As you mentioned prior to the rash, she had cough and cold. These symptoms seem to be consistent with the diagnosis of some viral exanthem. Another possibility is an allergic reaction to some drug she was taking for her cough and cold. Possibly some new drug you started that day or the night before. If that is the case please stop that medicine immediately and have her examined by a paediatrician.
