Have Redness On Palatoglossal Arch And Sore Throat. Quit Smoking. Should I Be Concerned?
I have redness on my palatoglossal arch. I quit smoking about 2 months ago after smoking for about a year. I have been ill with a sore throat but my whole family got that. Now I am feeling better (but the redness is still there). I am a 39 year old female. Should I be concerned?
hi and thanks for the query, nothing to worry about. it indicates infection of the tonsil. once the tonsil heals completely the redness will go away. do warm salt water gargling 4 times daily, avoid cold foods and air conditioning. you will feel better. regards, Dr Rajkishori.
