Have Reduced Sexual Interest, Ercetion Lost Suddenly. Depressed, Smoker. Solution ?

I am 33 years old male and married since last 3 years.last 1 year I am getting a serious problem that reduced my sexual interest.After intercourse when I get sleepy I just up from bed feeling that my breath gonna shorter and I can't breath enough.moreover Now a days I observed that my sexual erection decreases dramatically.In very 1st time of marriage,we used to inter course for 3/4 times per day but now I can't erect once in 2 weeks!even if erects-it looses before entering or while stroking.I'm smoker and previously taken yaba. Now I have gonna deeply depressed.Please help me.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of erectile dysfunction since one year.

Since you were getting good erection earlier this is termed as secondary erectile dysfunction and most of the time it is mind related and due to performance anxiety.

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling .Do not worry your problem will get resolved.
