Have Seborrheic Dermatitis, Patches On Scalp, Pimples, Constipation. Tried Homeopathy Medicine. Take Neem Leaves?

I am a 19 yr old indian girl and have been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis for the last 4 years.Initially my hair used to come out along with patches of the scalp just like crops in a field would come out alond with the field. Homeopathy helped suppress it but 4 years past and it
it still doesnt seem to have gone. Its terrible. I have scabs all over the head, painful pimples on my hairline and hairfall so so severe- a hundred on a hairwash-and the worst part:each one comes out from the root-with scalp on the root. I have tried using all kinds of shampoos-himalaya,body shop(currently) but nothing seems to stop it.
I have stopped eating dairy and maida(white flour). Am i allowed to drink milk? paneer? Should i wash hair after exercising everyday? Should i cover hair when i go out or will it aggravate?
Is eating a lot of neem leaves hazardous?
Also i am a little fat(wt=63 kgs, ht= 5'4")
I suffer from indigestion/constipation most of the times.
I have menses late(1-1.5 months interval)
I have white discharges almost daily.
Please help me get rid of this disease once and for all.I am just fed up trying all different kinds of things waiting for it to go. Please also suggest something to help me grow my beautiful hair back...
