I have had this extreme sensitivity and discomfort on the tip of my penis or glans. The sensation only occurs when clothing, etc is rubbed against this one particular area. When my penis is erect it becomes more red and the texture and color changes. It has lines through it and small red bumps. I recently took a std test and was negative for everything except my hsv 1 & 2 test came back as unequivocal at .91 for each. I haven't had sex in 3-4 months though. Help!!!!
