Have Sever Pain In Neck, Radiated Up To Right Hand. MRI Results Shows Paracentral Disc Herniation. Suggestions?

I have a severe pain in my neck, because of which the pain has radiated upto my right hand and it is un bearable.Took an MRI and the result is showingright paracentral disc herniation at C6 c7 level which is causing narrowing of right foraminal canal and central canal.
also there is small right postero-lateral disc herniation at c4 c5 causing mild narrowing of right neural foraminal canal.

suggested for medicines and physiotherapy.

Pain is high .

What is your suggestion sir ?

Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
In your MRI report opinion given is:
1. Right para central disc herniation at C6 C7 level causing right foraminal and central canal narrowing.
2. Small right postero lateral disc herniation at C4 C5 causing mildright foraminal narrowing.

In yout situation, doctors will always put you on medicines and physiotherapy and then wait for outcome.
If pain is severe and unbearable, please let your doctor know so that an alternate mode of treatment may be thought over.
Please dont make sudden movements at your right shoulder. Also do not carry more than allowed weight for sometime.
