Welcome to HCM. Pain in abdomen with frequency stool indicates intestinal infection. Blood in stool is might be due to amoebic dysentery and other intestinal conditions. Any infection is transmitted through contaminated food and water. Go for cbc, urine and stool test. Metronidazole, cefixime, ofloxacin will be helpful to subside infection. Nsaid with dicyclomin to subside abdominal cramp. Lactic acid bacillus with zinc is advisable to protect the gut flora. Drink more water with coconut water, lemon water, buttermilk, ors formula.
