Have Severe Bout With Diarrhea, Blood In Stool, Cramping. Should I Go To Hospital Immediately?

last night I hada severe bout with diarreai wasinthe washroonmostof the night eventually just passing a lightly brown colored gel water with also blood in it by this after along with severe cramping and almost sick to mystomach the diarres eased off but this evening during a bowel movement I still have blood in my stool which is still watery but no cramping can you please ease my mind or should I go to the hospital immediatly

Welcome to HCM.
Pain in abdomen with frequency stool indicates intestinal infection.
Blood in stool is might be due to amoebic dysentery and other intestinal conditions.
Any infection is transmitted through contaminated food and water.
Go for cbc,urine and stool test.
Metronidazole,cefixime,ofloxacin will be helpful to subside infection.
Nsaid with dicyclomin to subside abdominal cramp.
Lactic acid bacillus with zinc is advisable to protect the gut flora.
Drink more water with coconut water,lemon water,buttermilk,ors formula.
Take simple,high fiber diet.Salads and vegetable soups are advisable.
Further investigations are needed in case of recurrent condition.
Start medications under guidance of your family physician.
