Hi I went to the gym today to do chest workout bench press mostly I'm only a beginner and it was my fifth time and wanted to try leg lifts basically you push out in an upward position weight by contracting and extracting you legs there was 150kg of weight on it if not a few more but as I was lifting it my breathing could on been wrong and there for I felt a sharp pain around the hearth area it could be the muscle chest because I did chest workouts but as I was lifting the weight a lot of pressusre was being exceeded and after my herth rate wouldn't stabalaze I felt dizzy well tired if you could get back to me and say why this may have occurred I would be gravely appreciative Thanks

Hi snd thanks for asking to HCM. Any workout in gym needs a trainer who is expert in training all kind of exercises including muscle building, cardio etc. Any weight bearing exercises should be started gradually and u should never lift heavy weights without proper training. Probably u are suffering from muscle strain or it could be a muscle tear. I advice u to take rest, no gym for 1 week and take rest and also take tab equiflex 1-0-1 for 5 days after food. Never attempt anything new in gym with out a proper trainer. Regards
