Have Severe Pain In The Abdomen?

Hi, I'm a 19 year old Female, and I've been having really bad pains in abdominal area, and inside pains that switch from side to side, I've been having sharp pains in the Vagina. And occasionally, discharging. I haven't went to the doctor for it yet just wanna explore my opinions.

Hi. The pains which shift from side to side are usually due to irritable bowel syndrome or colitis. Many girls of your age suffer from this as also the pains in the vagina and discharge. There is no specific cause that can be allotted to this.
A good food habit meaning avoiding all foods and beverages known to increase pains should be avoided. You may once consult the Gynecologist to rule out any other problem with vagina.
Such problems are known to get solved with time.
Try to have a stress-free life- this helps.
