Have Severe Sun Burn On Legs Along With 2+ Edema. No Medication Till Now. How To Get Rid Of This?

I received a severe sunburn on my lower legs about 5- days ago. After the initial tenderness on the first few days, I now have no pain and no blisters. However, I do have 2+ edema in both ankles and now cellulitis-like redness, very dark red and splotchy. It doesn't not look or feel infected. How do I get rid of this odd redness?

Hi, 5 days ago you had sunburn, on lower legs, now oedema, and redness is there .
It appear to be the utricaria, so it has settled at ankels, as swelling and red ness due to to ongoing infection.
I usually prescribe in such case ofloxacin, levocitrizine, decongestants, and pain killers for immediate relief. Thank you.
