Have Severe Sun Burn Which Is Very Painful
hi it might be nothing to worry about,but i got badly sun burnt on thursday,it wasnt to bad yesterday,but this morning i can hardly move,ive tryed a cold shower but it hurt to much. i cant even bear my hair touching it never mind clothing, wot can i do?

You have a severe sun burn. You require a short course of oral steroids to bring down the inflammation and pain. Get it prescribed by your doctor. A combination cream of a steroid and an antibiotic can be applied over the burn twice a day. Strictly avoid further sunlight exposure.
