Hi Dr. Grief, Since July I have been having intermittent sharp stabbing pains under my arm pits and in my groin areas. It seemed to stop entirely but has now come back. Tonight it is only affecting my right groin and at times is very sharp. No redness. No lumps. No fever. I am a 52 year old female. My weight is 113 lbs. and I am 5 foot 3 inches tall.
HI Thank for asking to HCM Your lymph node might be paining, this is sometime happens but this goes away on its own, you have to wait for some time, if the pain is unbearable the it can be managed with the "Tab. Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day and Acetaminophen three times in day, if this does not resolved then it need to be examined clinically and that may required further investigation, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
