Hello Doctor, i am 25 male. The problem is related to my sexual life, Generally men have two testicles previously i am aslo having two testicles . But befor few years back in childhood i used sliding to climb down the steps by spreading both the legs and and making slide, due to this you know my testicles not remain two they get mixed and become single . :( Now the biggest problems i am facing is Premature Ejaculaton and i can hold only for 10 Seconds and then cum out , due to this i am not able to do sex with any girl till date i am virgin . So now i am very afraid at this age is it possible to make an operation and make them separate and live successful healthy sexual life. Please help me in this critical issue and i will never forget the help you provided to me.
