Have Sinus Infection And Double Ear Infection With Lump Behind Ear. On Amoxicillin And Head Hurts. Further?

Good morning, I have a sinus infection again and had a double ear infection about 3 weeks ago. Now I am once again on Amoxicillin but my left side of my head hurts really bad and there is a lump behind the left ear on the scalp part that is large and hurts when I press it. I get awful shots of pain that run into my temple and I am certain I have a fever going on. Should I go to the emergency room?

U need t first get ct scan of paranasal sinuses. Qlong with blood investigations to rule out acute infection.if your nose infection is corrected then you wil be relieved if your ear problem
