Have Some Pimples On Chin. How To Get Cured?

im lookinf for an answer from a dermatologist...where i live there is only one dermatologist and clearly from all ive read she is a cross between hitler and i dont give a damn...i have some pimples just on my chin ...they wont go away...my gp said it was dermatitis ...cream he gave me didnt work...ive never even had any skin probs before this...its not rosacea ...do you know the most common issue it could be...not sure she would even know where my face even was much less care...

you need to keep skin dry and airy
no oily foods greesy foods and fatty foods
use doxycycline 100 mg bd for days to clear infection and sos
no use of oily and greesy soaps ointments shampoo and other ointments creams body application materials like hena and dyes
apply clindamycin gel ds fror 3 months
calamine lotion od
tretinoic acid gel before sleep and switch off light as it reacts with light
anti allergic sos for itch
continue 3 months
