Hi, I have seen patients with the same condition. Yes, you are right that you realized to reduce the weight. Though you are not too much over weight, but this condition needs you to be in correct weight, so that it will not progress or worsen. You can list out the food that you eat on daily routine and calculate the calories of the particular recipe based on the quantity you eat per day. Restrict yourselves to limited calories only just to meet the recommended dietary intake. You will find the change in your weight in a month. With that inspiration you can continue it for few more months. Later it will become a habit. You have to remember that planned diet is very important for the rest of life. Hope this might help you!
