Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
As you have carpel tunnel syndrome and both your upper limb are getting numb. Hope you have done usg ncv and emg of upper limb. If its too painful and getting numb you have to consult plastic or orthopaedic surgeon to get it release it is a simple operation and with good results.
For you neck you need to take cervical traction and short wave diathermy.
For back problem you need rest and ls belt.
For your arthritic you need to be treated conservatively.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
