Have Stomach Bloating And Excessive Burping. On Diet But No Medication. What To Do?

Hi I suffer from bloating and excessive burping. Not much flatulence (not more than normal anyway). My stomach is flat in the morning but bloats as the day goes by. Eating or drinking anything (especially water) causes me to bloat. I am on the second day of my elimination diet, for which I excluded gluten and dairy but I still bloated over the day. After researching online, I put this bloating down to either food intolerance or low stomach acid. What do you think?
Thank you.

Hello,

This seems most likely acid peptic disease.
This may not be due to food intolerance because it has not improved after following elimination diet.
Avoid spicy food, tea and coffee.
Take proton pump inhibitors.
Take frequent and small meal.
Don't skip any meal.
Follow it for two weeks.
If it is not improving then consult a Gastroenterologist and do an endoscopy.
