Have Swelling On Toddler's Nose After An Injury. Does She Need ER?

Hello, my 2year old was laying in her bed when a mirror fell off the wall onto her face (my guess is she was kicking at it) she obviously cried for a bit and now she has a nasty cut by the bridge of her nose and sounds nasally when she speaks. There was no bleeding or anything and there doesn't seem to be much swelling, should I still take her to the ER to be safe?

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM.
Probabaly the nasal bridge is slashed and there is some leaking of air from that slit causing the nasal voice.
I think you should consult ENT surgeon as soon as possible to get it evaluated and managed professionally.
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
