Have Swollen Neck, Lump, Aches In General. Done Ultrasound. Right Treatment?

I have a swollen neck that goes up slightly to the left side of my face. I also have a lump toward the back of my neck under my ear on the left side. I've had an ultrasound and that came back ok. The swelling makes it uncomfortable to move my next from side to side and sometimes it just aches in general. This has gone on for three months. I don't feel like it is muscular because I've had pulled muscles before and whiplash but I'm just not sure what it is and I'm ready to be back to normal. The ultrasound results brought some piece of mind. Just ready for a fix now.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The lump that you have mentioned is likely to be due to a swollen lymph node. The pulled muscles are not likely to cause a lump formation. An FNAC will help in confirmation .
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
