Have Temporary Loss Of Vision In The Eye. All Tests Done. Took Lyrica Medicine Earlier. Can This Be A Side Effect Of The Medicine?
I have experience temperary loss of vission in my left eye. Went to the Er and was tested and treated for a possible stroke. All testing came back with negative results . I take Lyrica for a medical condition and just looked up the side effects. Loss of vission is one of them. Could this be the issue and what recomendations can you make given the teperiory loss of vission out of the left eye?
Though there may be blurring of vision with Lyrica, temporary loss of vision is not a side effect from Lyrica. It would be prudent to get a neurological check up done, including imaging studies to rule out cerebrovascular accidents,as such Transient ischaemic Attacks(like temporoary loss of vision) could be the precursor to serious problems like strokes/hemmorhage or serious neurologicval/opthalmic disease.
