Though there may be blurring of vision with Lyrica, temporary loss of vision is not a side effect from Lyrica. It would be prudent to get a neurological check up done, including imaging studies to rule out cerebrovascular accidents,as such Transient ischaemic Attacks(like temporoary loss of vision) could be the precursor to serious problems like strokes/hemmorhage or serious neurologicval/opthalmic disease.
