hello dear doctor i m 24 y/o i have a painful ejaculation and my PSA is 5.13 Total sperm count 0000 in 10*6/ml Sperm Motility 20% with no culture growth in my U/C exam my RBC is 6.32 (10^12/L) MVC 72.0 MCH 24.0 WBC 6.62(10^12/L) Prostate size described in my Ultrasound Report is 26mm*30mm*29mm with no SOL

I find your report strange .Sperm count Nil you have mentioned 0000but sperm motility 20 %
Will advise a repeat semen examination complete with sperm counts etc and please consult endrochonoligst
