Have Tingling On Left Arm Spreading To Fingers. High Blood Pressure And Diabetes Controlled With Pills

I have a tingling in my left arm. It starts as a dull tingling in my upper arm and spreads to my fingers. I have to have my arm in certain position (to the side hand up) for it not to escalate. I haven't had a stoke, mild or otherwise. I am 55, black w/high blood pressure, and diabetes. Both of which I take pills for. I haven't had a neck,or spinal injury.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I understand your problem, you do have risk factor so looking to this it is better to go for EKG test and treadmill test to confirm the Ischemic disease of coronary artery, this is likely possibility, and it should be ruled out, if nothings come out then the possible cause could be cervical spondylitis, and for that you will have to wear the cervical belt, and maintaining the posture, have nice day.
