Have Vascular Lesion On Hand. Not Lumpy, No Itching Or Pain. Diagnosis?

Hi, 10 days ago I have noticed a vascular lesion , looking like a hematoma on my hand , except it doesn t blanch. It is located on dorsal side of my hand, going from the thumb to approximately my middle finger. It is not lumpy, it doesn t itch, it doesn t hurt. It is flat and blanches. It is appears patchy and brownish in color. I am not taking any medications. I am 29 years old and healthy. The lesion doesn t change since it first appeared on my hand. What would be on the differential diagnosis? Thank you for your help.

Hi, it appears to be the abscess, or a skin infection may be of fungal infection. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. It may develope into an abscess, so pain and swelling. Or it may lead to an itching.
Thank you.
