Have White Bumps, Itch. No Dents. Have Thick White Discharge. Was Dry During Sex. Problem?

i have 4 small white bumps close to each other and they sometimes itch when i touch them, but look as though they are about to pop like a pimple. they are completely white, no small dents or yellowish colour. I also had a thick white discharge like a yeast infection. i was very dry the last time i had sex and thought the raw feeling was due to that, but the next 2 days the white bumps appeared. i'm scared it might be something bad.

Well u had thick white discharge so it might be candidiasis infection.
Vaginal swab will tell u the exact infection.
Bumps might be secondary to infection.
U will require anti candida cream and oral medicines.
