Hello,i have gone through your query and understood your concerns.I advice to you to take the it by lowering the dose rather complete stoppage as you are pregnant. I suggest you to have a chest xray done to rule out chest pathology as there is early morning phlegm. Try to consult your treating doctor for chest xray advise.Thank you
