Have Wound, Foul Smelling Liquid Comes Out, Area Itchy. How Do I Stop This?

i have wound , by falling out of a moving vehicle.most of it is cured except two areas which is a little deep. A foul smelling liquid is coming out and the area is itching. how do i stop this liquid coming out.please help cause it s getting smelly over here.the wound is on my arm .please help......

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

You might have developed deep bacterial infections.

Foul smell may indicate infection with anaerobic bacteria.

Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
