Haven't Had Period Since Tubal Ablation. Having Vaginal Discharge, Bloating, Fatigue, Cramping, Abdominal Pain. What Could This Be?

hi im only 26 years of age and have had a tuble ablation done in feburary of 2013 but have not had a period since decemebr of2012 but that is not unusual for me since they have always been that way all my life but for the last week or so i have been experanceing some period like syptoms like i would be on my period if i could hsve them. but just for the past hour or two i have been fealing like i have actualy started my period for the first time in a year.i have had a history with overion cyst but rite now im have symtoms of vaginal dicharge bloating fatige minstral cramping lower abdomanal pian and weird craveing do you know what this could be from i have also been have hot flashes for the pAst four yrs or so but they have been getting worse since i had my surgery.

Hi ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

This could be one of the irregular periods which you are used to. You have not mentioned if you are sexually active or not. In any case I would suggest you to go for a serum HCG test, and an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any pathology of the pelvic organs. With the reports, you have to get yourself reviewed by a gynaecologist.
