Having Anal Discharge, Change In Bowel Movements, Burning Sensation. History Of Pro Lapse. Advice?

Hi, I seem to be having anal discharge and not sure why. I thought about 18 months ago I was suffering from pro lapse and when I approached my doctor he said I should just exercise to rectify it. Do you think the discharge is a connection? I have had change in my bowel movements the last few days, with thinner looking stools for weeks/months. I also have burning sensation and a sudden urge to go, please help.

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be due to prolapse of rectum or due to fistula in ano.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
After proper diagnosis he will advice treatment accordingly.
