ive had this bump on my lip for 3 days and it hurts when i touch it

It can be an infected cyst, you will require antibiotics. Better to consult an ENT specialist and follow the advice.

you have not mentioned whether the lump is hard or soft .any liquid is coming out of that if no then it is non infective &if yes then it is infective.in both condition you can take trifla gugle &kachnar gugal tab 2tab 3time for 2wks..
