Having Chest Pain, Vomiting, Coughing, Wheezing. Suffering From Wegeners Granulamotosis, A Fib. Medical Cure For This

I have wegeners granulomotosis, and a-fib. I have been having bad chest pains, vomiting, coughing w/ mucus and blood. It hurts to take a deep breath, cough or lay flat. This has been going on since nov. 6 as well as wheezing and some sob. I went to the er wed but they said i was fine but i am getting worse. What should I do now

Thanks for posting on HCM,

If it is getting worst, then it means the condition requires medical attention and so I suggest you go back to the ER especially as you are having a history of wegener's granulomatosis and atrial fibrillation. These conditions can trigger your symptoms or symptoms can get them aggravated if they are from another diseases such as a respiratory tract infection. Pneumonia for example can present with your symptoms and require urgent medical treatment ass it can aggravated. If a chest x-ray was not indicated then it should be done immediately so that we can confirm exactly what the problem might be.
