Having Developed Sore Throat & Tonsillitis

hi in the past few days i developed a sore throat and was diagnosed with tonsillitis and given antibiotics. but i have now gotten a red rash that consists of red raised spots on my hands (palms and backs , elbows, knees and is now progressing all over my legs. do you think this could be an allergy or could it just be part of the tonsillitis or a virus?

if you have itching it can be allergy . consult your doctor / nearby skin doctor .
it wouild be helpful if you can tell the name of antibiotic + your age + time interval between intake of antibiotic and rashes
