Having Dull Ache In Testicles. Feel Pain And Irritation. Going To Gym And Swimming. Guide?

Since I've started going to the gym and swimming I've been getting a dull ache in each of my testicles. It's not particularly painful just irritating. It comes and goes so sometimes I don't notice it.

I only starting experiencing this since I joined up so I'm assuming it's just a reaction to doing exercise (running/breaststroke) but obviously it's got my attention!

Hi,

It seems like you just have trauma to the testis area which causes you to feel a little uneasy. Since the pain only appears when you exercise it is most probably only related to the exercise. What you can do is it to wear a support over the groin which will help you to prevent injury.

Another advise is that you should get it checked out by a doctor. This is just as a precaution. Its better to be safe than sorry.
